  3. Poner la nata, leche y azúcar en un cazo, al fuego. Cuando hierva, apartar del fuego y añadir el zumo con la gelatina. Remover muy bien hasta disolver por completo la gelatina.
  4. Repartir los granos que hemos guardado enteros, por el fondo de los moldes que hayamos elegido (yo puse flaneras de silicona) y volcar la mezcla encima de los granos.
  5. Templar un poco y meter en la nevera, hasta solidificar del todo.
