  8. Montamos la tarta, cortamos el bizcocho en 3, untamos el almíbar en cada uno de las planchas.
  9. Ponemos capa de bizcocho, capa de relleno, capa de bizcocho, capa de relleno y capa de bizcocho.
  10. Cubrimos toda la tarta con la nata reservada para la cobertura.
  11. Adornamos al gusto.
