Empezamos por quitarle los huesos a las cerezas, se dejan macerar toda la noche con el azúcar y la esencia de vainilla, preparamos la masa se mezclan todos los ingredientes yo lo he preparado en la Thermomix, 20 segundos velocidad 6, pero lo podéis hacer a mano, separar la masa en dos, con una parte se forra un molde que antes habremos untado de mantequilla y se mete en el congelador,
  2. La otra parte se hace un rectángulo y se guarda en el frigorífico, envuelto en papel transparente al menos una hora, lo estiramos y hacemos unas tiras,como veis en la foto
  3. Ponemos las cerezas con la esencia de vainilla, el azúcar y la maizena encima del molde, ahora lo tapamos con las tiras y lo vamos haciendo enrejado
  4. Por último se pintan las tiras con huevo batido, se mete al horno los primeros 15 minutos a 200 y después otros 30 más o menos a 180 grados, espero que os guste, aquí tenéis una Porción !!!
