- Retirar y poner en la fuente con lo anterior.
- Huevos revueltos: sin lavar el vaso, echamos los huevos y un poco de sal. Programamos 5 min, vel 1, temperatura varoma. Luego, programamos 5 seg, vel 5. y ponemos en la fuente con lo demás. Últimamente, los hago en una sartén y luego los pico en la thermomix, ya que en ésta, se me pegan en el fondo.
- Arroz: sin lavar el vaso, echamos 50 gr de aceite, 2 dientes de ajo, y colocamos el cestillo con el arroz y un poco de sal. Vertemos encima el agua y programamos 20 minutos, temperatura varoma y velocidad 4. Remover el arroz con la espátula dos o tres veces durante la cocción.
- Terminado este tiempo, retiramos el arroz, lo volcamos con el resto y mezclamos.
- Lo bueno de esta receta es que permite ponerle lo que queramos, pollo, salchichas....O hacerla con gambas, langostinos y demás productos del mar. Yo suelo añadirle, al final, una lata de guisantes, le da sabor y color.
