  4. Sacamos la masa pasado el tiempo y la amasamos un poco sobre el mesado ligeramente enharinado.
  5. Le damos algo de forma y la ponemos en un banetón (si no tenéis pues sobre un papel vegetal y recogidito para que no se nos esparrame) y dejamos de nuevo reposar como unas 2 h.
  6. Precalentamos el horno a 250º colocando en el suelo del horno una bandeja y también dejamos ya colocada la bandeja sobre la que vamos a hacer el pan.
  7. Sacamos el pan de la nevera y lo volcamos sobre un papel de horno, le damos unos cortes en la superficie, echamos si queremos las semillas, espolvoreamos con agua para que forme una bonita corteza y colocamos en la bandeja que tenemos metida y en la de abajo de todo echamos un vaso de agua para que se genere vapor.
  8. Ponemos el horno solo calor abajo y horneamos 10 minutos primero y al finalizar ese tiempo ponemos ya calor arriba y abajo y dejamos como unos 30 minutos más.
  9. Sacamos del horno a enfriar sobre una rejilla y listo nuestro pan!
