- Coloca la mariposa en las cuchillas. Cierra el vaso y pon el cubilete. Programa 4 min/ vel 3, vierte el aceite reservado en la tapa poco a poco. Caerá dentro a hilo. (En unos 4 minutos tienes listo el allioli).
- Con la espátula, baja el allioli hacía el fondo del vaso y mezclalo 10 seg/ vel 2.5.
