- En la batidora pongo la naranja cortada a trozos con piel, (la lavo antes) junto con azúcar y los huevos, lo mezclo todo bien velocidad rápida durante el tiempo necesario para que la naranja se triture bien.
- A continuación añado 100gramos de aceite de oliva y un yogur natural, si quieres pones nata de cocina y saldrá menos seco a gusto, y lo mezclo unos segundos
- Por último añado la harina con la pizca de sal y la levadura en polvo tal cual, yo no tamizo y lo mezclo poco para integrarlos nada más
- Por último pongo la mezcla en el molde y espolvoreo con azúcar un poco para que forme costra y de relieve. Lo metí al horno 30 minutos con horno arriba y abajo sin abrir, al pasar este tiempo lo pincho y si sale limpia la varilla ya estará...dorado al gusto. Espero a que temple y a desmoldar.
