  3. Pelamos las manzanas y cortamos a cuadrados, yo me he ayudado de un cortador de manzanas, voy más rápida, y se aprovecha más la manzana
  4. Introducimos el puerro, la manzana y un poco de aceite, sal y pimienta en una cazuela o sartén grande, una vez esté dorada añadimos el caldo de verduras y lo cocemos durante 20 minutos aproximadamente.
  5. Lo trituramos todo (yo me he ayudado de la Thermomix) al ir triturando vamos echando la leche poco a poco hasta que tenga consistencia de crema.

    Decoráis al gusto, perejil, un hilo de aceite…….
