  5. Nos untamos las manos con aceite y sacamos la masa del vaso para ponerla sobre una superficie enharinada.
  6. Hacemos pequeñas bolas, del tamaño de una nuez, las aplastamos un poco con las palmas de las manos y con los dedos hacemos un agujero en el centro, que estiraremos para que al freírlas no se cierre.
  7. Cuando todavía estén calientes, se rebozan en azúcar.
  8. Dejamos que la masa repose dentro del vaso durante 15 minutos.
  9. Las freímos en abundante aceite caliente, las sacamos y dejamos que escurran sobre papel de cocina.
