- 300 g almendras molidas

- Lavamos las naranjas muy bien y ponemos a cocer con abundante agua, en la GM 40 minutos, en olla normal hora y media. Colocadas en un bol las abrimos, quitamos pedúnculo central y semillas si las tuviera y hacemos puré en la Thermomix 30 seg vel 6. Reservamos.
- Batimos los huevos con el azúcar, 3 min/37º/vel.3 y cuando acabe 3 min/vel.3 sin temperatura. Añadimos el puré de naranja y las almendras molidas y mezclamos con 3 golpes de turbo (todo esto se puede hacer a mano, queda bien también).
- Ponemos papel de hornear en la cazoleta (o molde si se hace en horno) engrasamos con mantequilla todo alrededor y ponemos la mezcla y ponemos encima las almendras fileteadas y con un colador espolvoreamos azúcar glas.
- En la Turbocecofry menú manual 40 minutos 165º (en horno 45min 175º) Pinchamos con un palillo y si sale limpio, listo, si no dejar 5 minutos más. Dejamos enfriar en el molde antes de desmoldar, este pastel es blandito hay que aguantar para que no se desarme al voltear. Adornamos con otro poco de azúcar glas cuando saquemos del molde ya fría.
