  2. 150 grs. harina
  3. 1 huevo

  1. En un bol mezclamos la Nutella (o cualquier otra crema de cacao) con el huevo. Para ello nos vale un tenedor, unas varillas o si queréis la thermomix (5 segundos a velocidad 3). Debemos conseguir una mezcla homogénea.

    A continuación pasamos la harina por un colador y mezclamos con la mezcla anterior, hasta que se integre completamente. En Thermomix 5 segundos a velocidad 3.
  2. Lo tapamos con papel film y lo llevamos al frigorífico durante 20 minutos para que se enfríe y nos sea más fácil formar las galletas.
  3. Durante ese tiempo encendemos el horno para que se vaya calentando a 180ºC.

    Ya sólo nos queda formar las galletas. Para ello, cogemos porciones pequeñas con un cucharilla y con la ayuda de las manos hacemos pequeñas bolas.
  4. Las vamos colocando en una bandeja de horno.

    Cuando tengamos todas preparadas, con el dedo vamos a hacer un hueco en el centro de las galletas.
  5. Horneamos durante 12 minutos aproximadamente.
  6. Cuando hayan templado un poco las llevamos a una rejilla para que se enfríen del todo.
  7. Una vez frías ya sólo tenemos que darle el toque final. Con la propia Nutella vamos a rellenar el hueco que habíamos creado en las galletas. Y listo.
  8. No tenéis excusa para probar estas galletas, ya que son facilísimas de preparar y su sabor a crema de avellanes es fantástico.
  9. Tiene una textura entre galleta y bizcocho que se hace adictiva. ¿Os animáis a probar?
