  1. Thermomix: ponemos las patatas en la Varoma. Ponemos el agua en el vaso de la thermomix, y colocamos la varoma. Programamos 30 min, temperatura varoma, vel 1. Acabo el tiempo comprobamos que las patatas estén cocidas. Dejamos templar, vaciamos el vaso de agua y metemos las patatas.
  2. Trituramos 10 seg, vel 4. Añadimos la harina, el huevo, la sal y bajamos con la espátulas los retos de patata. Programamos 30 seg, vel 6. Metemos la espátula en el bocal, moviéndolo un poco para que la masa sea homogénea.
  3. En una superficie limpia, ponemos suficiente harina y encima echamos la masa. Amasamos bien (puede que se pegue, entonces añadimos más harina). Formar una bola y luego alargar hasta formar cilindros de unos 2-3 cm. Esos cilindros los cortaremos en trozos de 2 cm y con el tenedor y el dedo gordo encima de el, los marcaremos haciéndolos rodar un poco.
  4. Ponemos a hervir una olla con abundante agua con sal. Cocemos los gnocchi hasta que floten. Pueden tardar 1 min o dos máximo. Los sacamos con una escurridera y reservamos.
  5. Se pueden tomar solos o acompañar con alguna salsa. Yo hice dos, una que compré que era salsa de champiñones y la otra de tomate. La de tomate, puse en una sartén a fuego medio el tomate triturado, orégano y sal. le di unas vueltas y añadí los gnocchi. Después de unos minutos, añadí unos trozos de mozzarella y cuando está empezó a derretirse, serví en platos.
