- A continuación añadelo todo al vaso de la Thermomix y cubre con agua. Yo utilizo un programa que tiene de crema de hortalizas... sino programa 35 minutos/velocidad 1/100°C
- Una ves este añade la mantequilla, la sal y la pimienta.
- Tritura lo 1 minuto y 20 segundos/velocidad 5-8 (yo repito este paso 2 veces)
- Una vez lo sirvas en el plato decora con aove y hierbabuena. Y a disfrutar!
