- Sin Thermomix:
- Trituramos con la batidora todos los ingredientes para que se integren bien y los ponemos al fuego en un cazo hasta que rompa a hervir.
- Pasado ese tiempo, ponemos caramelo por la base de nuestro molde y volcamos la mezcla.
- Dejamos que temple un poco y llevamos al frigorífico durante al menos 4 horas.
- Yo lo hago de un día para otro.
- El llevar leche evaporada su contenido de grasa es menor, pero en casa nos gusta más con la mezcla de nata y leche, más calórica pero más rica. Siempre podéis probar la dos.
- En el momento de servir se desmolda. Podemos acompañarlo de nata montada o de trozos de fruta. El sabor a café es muy intenso y está buenísimo.
