- Le dejamos enfriar, mientras tanto vamos a preparar el contenido del flan. En el vaso de la batidora o en la Thermomix, que es la que yo utilicé. Echamos todos los ingredientes, y los batimos bien. En el caso de la Thermomix, programamos a velocidad 5.
- Teniéndolo todo bien batido, lo agregando al molde donde hemos añadido el caramelo. Yo lo hago al fuego, con una cacerola con agua para hacerlo al baño María. El agua debe estar caliente antes de introducir el molde dentro.
- El molde le cubrimos con papel de aluminio. Lo metemos dentro de la cacerola y deberá estar como 90 minutos a fuego medio. El tiempo dependerá de al pinchar, este cuajado o no. En el horno lo haríamos,introduciendo una bandeja con agua para incorporar el molde.
- El horno deberá estar precalentado a 200 grados durante 90 minutos. Todo dependerá ya sabéis. Una vez echo, lo dejamos enfriar, y lo metemos al frigorífico como 8 horas. Y desmoldaremos y a servir.
- Para desmoldar siempre la punta del cuchillo mirando atrás. Para no dañar el flan ese es mi Consejo.
