  3. Mezclamos el resto de ingredientes en la batidora o Thermomix.
  4. Precalentamos el horno a 200°C. Sacamos el molde del frigorífico y añadimos la mezcla con cuidado.
  5. Metemos en el horno durante 35-40-45 minutos (depende de cada horno). Veremos como sube pero luego baja, es normal. Para comprobar que está hecha por dentro, pinchamos con una varilla y si sale limpia, es que ya está lista la tarta.
  6. La sacamos del horno y dejamos enfriar. Se puede conservar tanto en el frigorífico como a temperatura ambiente. Se le puede añadir un poco de mermelada por encima para que esté más gustosa.
  7. A la hora de servir, se saca el papel de horno del molde y se coloca en un plato, veremos que no se queda pegado y los bordes no salen quemados. ¡Que aproveche!
