- Pasado este tiempo pon la mitad de tu salsa en tu Thermomix o usa batidora de mano y ponlo 2 seg turbo, anade de nuevo a tu guiso 10 minutos más de cocción, pon medio sobre de queso en la salsa, integra, tapa y deja reposar. Pon el agua para la pasta.
- Prepara tus spaguetti y sirve como más te guste, en casa son muy salseros por lo que yo pongo un cazo pequeño en el fondo del plato, la pasta y más salsa encima, parmesano y a disfrutar.
