  1. Aceite de coco (para untar los recipientes)
  2. 100 gr azúcar glass o azúcar impalpable
  3. 2 claras de huevo (a temperatura ambiente)
  4. 10 gr harina de maíz o maizena
  5. 150 gr arándanos

Steps to make to make Soufflé de Arándanos Rojos

  1. Poner el horno a precalentar a 200*C.
    -Engrasar los recipientes con mantequilla o aceite de coco. En mi caso he utilizado aceite de coco. Y se deja en la nevera a enfriar.
    * Este paso es muy importante ya que sin engrasar los recipientes el soufflé no sube.
  2. Se echan los arándanos en un bol para batirlos y hacer un puré.
  3. Ponemos el puré de los arándanos en un cazo a fuego medio para que no se queme y no se quede pegado al cazo y añadimos 50 gr de azúcar glass.
  4. Por otra parte, ponemos 2 cucharadas de agua a la maicena, a la harina de maíz, y lo removemos. Una vez que no queden grumos, lo añadimos al cazo (con el puré y el azúcar glass). Tras unos 4 minutos removiendo, se retira el cazo del fuego y habrá quedado como una mermelada de arándanos.
  5. Añadimos a la Thermomix los otros 50 gr de azúcar glass y las claras de huevo a temperatura ambiente, y unas gotitas de limón. Por supuesto, podéis usar una batidora si no tenéis una Thermomix. Y batimos todo a velocidad dos y media y durante unos 2 minutos. Y el merengue estará listo.
  6. Ahora, se pone la mermelada de arándanos en un bol y se añade el merengue que hemos preparado en la Thermomix. Y con movimientos envolventes lo mezclamos todo, con cuidado de que no baje la masa.
  7. Una vez que está todo mezclado, se reparte en pequeños recipientes (los que previamente habíamos untado con aceite de coco).
  8. Ponemos los recipientes en la bandeja del horno.
    * La bandeja debe situarse en la parte alta del horno, así subirá el soufflé.
  9. Una vez que ya han subido, estarán listos para sacarlos del horno y espolvorear azúcar glass por encima. ¡Riquísimos!
