- Clásica: En un bol vertemos las claras, el azúcar, una pizca de sal y unas gotas de zumo de limón, y con unas varillas eléctricas montamos a punto de nieve las claras, hasta que notemos que quedan consistentes, con cuerpo.
- Ya sólo falta rellenar las placas de hojaldre, alisando bien los bordes, y espolvoreando un poco de azúcar glas mezclado con canela.
- No puede ser más fácil y más apetitoso.
