- Picamos las verduras (cebolla, pimiento, ajo, champiñones y zanahoria) 5 segundos, velocidad 4. Bajamos los retos hacia las cuchillas y añadimos el aceite y programamos 15 minutos, Varoma, velocidad cuchara, sin el cubilete.
- Añadimos la carne y revolvemos para que no quede en una bola. Programamos 5 minutos, Varoma, giro a la izquierda, velocidad cuchara.Tomate y sal y removemos bien. Programamos 15-20 minutos, Varoma, giro izquierda, velocidad cuchara y colocamos el cestillo para evitar salpicaduras.
- Mientras se hace la boloñesa vamos remojando las placas en agua caliente y las dejamos el tiempo que recomiende el fabricante. En mi caso unos 10 minutos. Las sacamos del agua y dejamos escurrir el agua sobrante extendidas sobre un paño. En una fuente engrasada o con un poco de salsa de tomate en la base, vamos colocando placas y boloñesa alternativamente. Yo no coloco la última capa de placas hasta que no esté hecha la bechamel.
- Ahora preparamos la bechamel. No hace falta lavar el vaso; como mucho aclararlo un poco. Aceite y mantequilla, 2 minutos, 100º, velocidad 1. Harina, 2 minutos, 100º, velocidad 3. Leche, sal, pimienta y nuez moscada, 6 minutos, 100º, velocidad 4. Colocamos la última capa de placas y vertemos la bechamel sobre ellas cubriendo
- Espolvoreamos el queso rallado por encima y metemos al horno precalentado a 200º unos 20 minutos, hasta que está doradito el queso.
