- Para el cuscús: Añadimos el caldo en el bol con la sémola de cuscús y removemos bien.
Dejamos reposar y mientras hacemos el pollo, lo vamos removiendo de vez en cuando. - Para el pollo Strogonoff. Cortar el pollo a trozos, yo he usado contramuslos deshuesados, saltea en una sartén con la mantequilla hasta que quede doradito. Echa un poco de sal. Reserva en la sartén con su jugo.
- Para el pollo Strogonoff Picar la cebolla y sofreír hasta que quede dorada. Con Thermomix Pon en el vaso de la Thermomix la cebolla y trocea 4 segundos en velocidad 4.
Agrega los 80 ml de aceite y sofríe 15 minutos, varoma, velocidad cuchara sin cubilete. Escurre la cebolla con la ayuda del cestillo para retirar la grasa y vuelve a introducir la cebolla pochada en el vaso. - Para el pollo Strogonoff. Una vez dorada la cebolla incorporar los champiñones troceados, la nata de cocinar, la mostaza, la sal y la pimienta a la sartén dejar a fuego lento 5 minutos removiendo de vez en cuando. En Thermomix programa 5 minutos, Varoma, velocidad cuchara.
- Agrega el resultado sobre el pollo en la sartén y calienta unos minutos para que esté en su punto.
- Servimos en la mesa con dos bol diferentes en uno el cuscús y el el otro el pollo, para comerlo hay que mezclarlo en el plato.
