  3. 25 gr levadura fresca
  4. 1 cucharadita sal
  5. 40 ml aceite de oliva

  1. Cortamos las 2 pechugas de pollo en tiras y dejamos macerar con salsa barbacoa en un recipiente unas horas, después en una sartén, echamos un chorrito de aceite, pizca de sal y únicamente marcar el pollo, y reservar.
  2. Para hacer la masa de la pizza, yo la hago en la Thermomix, primero mezclo la cucharadita de sal, el aceite, levadura y agua batiendo al 5, y luego incorporo la harina, lo pongo 1 minuto velocidad espiga (también podéis hacerla al estilo tradicional de siempre si no tenéis Thermomix)
  3. Una vez tengamos la masa en el mármol, la amasamos unos minutos, (esto hará que entre aire en la masa y sea más esponjosa).
  4. Luego la ponemos en un recipiente, es importante que le sobre espacio ya que la masa se expandirá a las horas, la tapamos con un paño húmedo por encima y dejamos reposar como mínimo varias horas (lo ideal es hacerla la noche anterior)
  5. Para extender la masa cada cual tiene sus trucos, aquí poco que explicar, hay quien lo hace con rodillo, otros lo hacen con las manos, la idea es que nos quede rústica y a poder ser con el borde un pelín más grueso.
  6. Vamos poniendo el horno a máxima potencia, y en una bandeja colocamos papel especial para pizzas o papel albal con pizca de harina en la base para que no se pegue.
  7. Extendemos la masa sobre la bandeja y ponemos como primer ingrediente en la base salsa barbacoa al gusto.
  8. Ponemos el pollo por encima que teníamos reservado, repartimos bien
  9. Por último añadimos queso Gouda por encima que previamente habremos cortado ayudándonos por ejemplo de un rallador y metemos al horno cuando éste haya alcanzado la temperatura deseada
  10. No hay un tiempo exacto, ya que va un poco en función de cada horno, pero cuando veamos que los bordes de la pizza están doraditos, al mismo tiempo veremos que el queso está fundido...y por supuesto lo poco que necesita el pollo para terminar de hacerse ya estará hecho. Paramos el horno y a comer!!
