- Como ya tenemos la masa mezclamos la carne y el huevo picado con una espátula, le ponemos un papel film bien pegado a la masa de las croquetas y la ponemos en la nevera 3 horas.
- Y ya las podemos montar las rebozamos en huevo batido y rebozamos con la harina de celiacos.
