Mientras se hacen, vamos a preparar el almíbar que los bañara cuando los saquemos del horno, ponemos al fuego en un cazo como medio vaso de agua, el zumos de una o dos mandarinas, la miel, los dos clavos de especias(esto es opcional si os gusta) y un chorrito de agua de azahar dejamos un poquito y ya estará listo, esperamos a que se enfríe un poco, se sacan los pasteles y se les pone unas cucharadas de ese almíbar por encima de cada pastelito y solo queda esperar a que se enfren y a comerlos
