  1. Ponemos en el vaso todos los ingredientes. Muy importante tenerlos todos a temperatura ambiente. Mezclamos, 10 seg. / vel. 4. Amasamos 4 min. vel. espiga 🌾
  2. Volcamos la masa en la mesa de trabajo y con las manos enharinadas formamos una bola. Ponemos la bola dentro de un bol enharinado, tapamos con film transparente y dejamos que doble el volumen (aproximadamente, 1-1, 30h).
  3. Estiramos la masa con ayuda de un rodillo dejando un grosor de 1 cm. y cortamos con un cortapastas circular. Retiramos el centro con otro cortapastas circular más pequeño. Colocamos sobre una bandeja de horno forrada con papel de hornear y volvemos a tapar con un paño limpio y seco. Con la masa sobrante hacemos una bola y repetimos el proceso. Dejamos que doblen el volumen.(30 min. aproximadamente).
  4. Calentamos abundante aceite a temperatura media. Ayudándonos del papel de hornear cortando con una tijera para independizar cada Donuts y sin tocarlos con las manos para no desinflar la masa. Vamos friendo unos segundos por cada cara. Escurrimos y reservamos.
  5. 😁😁Consejo😁😁 Vertemos en el aceite con el papel de hornear y con unas pinzas vamos retirándolo. Es importante no tocar los Donuts pues al hacerlo bajan el volumen.
  6. 🤗 Para el glasé🤗
  7. Preparamos la cobertura de azúcar. Ponemos en el vaso del Thermomix bien limpio el azúcar glass y el agua y mezclamos 30 seg. / vel. 3. Volcamos a un bol o a un plato. (Esto también se puede hacer a mano, mezclando bien el azúcar y agua en un bol).
  8. Sumergimos los donuts por ambas caras en la mezcla del azúcar glass y agua.
  9. 🤗🤗 CONSEJO 🤗🤗 Como salen bastantes podéis meterlos en el congelador y cuando queramos comerlos con meterlos 15 segundos en el microondas se quedan como recien echos.
